摘要
介绍了对柴油机前端齿轮噪声的主要影响因素。通过试验分析得到柴油机前端齿轮系噪声源为喷油泵齿轮位置,且其噪声表现形式为齿轮敲击。通过采用安装不同精度等级齿轮的试验方案,找到了最佳齿隙,有效降低了前端齿轮噪声,为柴油机低噪声设计提供了试验依据。
The main factors affecting the noise of front-end gear in a diesel engine are introduced.The test analysis shows that the noise source of front-end gear system in the diesel engine is in the position of fuel injection pump gears,and whose manifestation is gear rattle.Through test programs by installation of different precision gears,the best gear backlash is found,which can effectively reduce the front-end gear noise and provide an experimental basis for the design of other diesel engines with low noise.
