摘要
为有效测试沥青胶浆与纤维间的黏结特性,研制了一种沥青胶浆纤维专用拉拔试验机。通过拉拔力测试,以黏结强度指标定量评估沥青胶浆与纤维间的黏结性能;并对拉拔仪的功能和效果进行了验证。结果表明,拉拔试验机运行平稳,精确度高,重复性良好,为测试沥青胶浆与纤维的界面黏结特性提供了一种可靠的试验方法。
To effectively characterize the interfacial adhesion between asphalt mortar and fiber, a special asphalt mortar-fiber pull-out test machine is developed. The index of adhesion strength is proposed to evaluate quantitatively the interfacial adhesion characteristics by testing the pull-out force between asphalt mortar and fiber. The interfacial adhesion characteristics between asphalt mortar and fiber are tested to verify the effectiveness of the machine. The test results indicate that this pull-out test machine runs smoothly with high accuracy and decent repeatability. It provides a reliable test method for evaluating the interfacial adhesion between asphalt mortar and fiber.
