摘要
目的探讨和分析健康管理对军队老干部高血压患者生活质量的影响。方法选择在我院科室收治的86例军队老干部高血压患者作为研究对象,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组实施常规管理措施,观察组患者实施健康管理,对比两组患者实施管理后的健康知识掌握程度和生活质量评分。结果实施护理干预以后,观察组患者生活质量评分、健康知识掌握情况和对照组相比较具有明显优势,组间对比差异显著,P<0.05。结论对军队老干部高血压病患者实施健康管理具有显著的临床治疗效果。
Objective To investigate clinical effect of health management on medical management of hypertension patients of army veteran cadres.Methods 86 patients with hypertension from army cadres were selected as the subjects,and their clinical data was analyzed retrospectively.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group.Control group implemented routine management measures and observation group implemented health management.Comparing two groups of patients before and after the implementation of management health knowledge mastery and quality of life score.Results After nursing intervention,life quality score,health knowledge and control group of patients in observation group had obvious advantages,and the comparison between groups was significant,P<0.05.Conclusion The health management of the old military cadres with hypertension has significant clinical treatment effect.
