摘要 采用乙酰丙酮法提取3种常见食品中的甲醛,事先用硫酸钠溶液进行预提取,蒸馏后采用分光光度法测定食品中的甲醛含量,通过对提取工艺进行优化,优化了提取方式、水浴时间、水浴温度。该方法要求不高、操作简单,可以为将来食品中甲醛测定国家标准的制定提供参考。 The acetyl acetone method was adopted to determine the formaldehyde in three common food.The sodium sulfate solution was used for pre extraction in advance.After distillation,the formaldehyde content in foods was determined by spectrophotometry.The extraction method,water bath time and water bath temperature were optimized by optimizing the extraction process.This method was not very demanding and easy to operate.It could provide reference for the establishment of national standard for formaldehyde determination in food in the future.
