摘要
目的对比平行及垂直双钢板内固定治疗肱骨远端骨折(AO分型:C型骨折)的临床效果。方法对2016年1月至2018年12月在广州市红十字会医院手术治疗并获得随访的54例肱骨近端骨折(AO分型:C型骨折)患者进行回顾性分析,其中26例行平行双钢板内固定,28例行垂直双钢板内固定。比较两组手术相关指标、患侧Mayo肘关节功能评分系统及术后并发症情况。结果两组患者住院时间、手术时间、骨性愈合时间、优良率、并发症、Mayo肘关节功能评分比较差异无统计学意义,两组术中出血量比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在肱骨远端骨折(AO分型:C型骨折)治疗过程中,应用平行及垂直双钢板内固定均能取得满意的疗效。可根据术者的熟悉度并结合患者的病情选择最佳的内固定方式。
Objective To compare the clinical effects of parallel and vertical double plate internal fixation for the treatment of distal radius fracture(AO type: C-type fracture). Methods A retrospective analysis of 54 patients with proximal humeral fractures(AO type: C-type fracture) who underwent surgical treatment from January 2016 to December 2018, 26 of whom underwent parallel double plate fixation. 28 patients underwent vertical double plate internal fixation. The two treatment methods were compared and analyzed surgical related indicators, the affected side of the Mayo elbow joint function scoring system and postoperative complications. Results There was no significant difference in the length of hospital stay, operation time, bone healing time, excellent rate, complications, and Mayo elbow joint function scores between the two groups. The intraoperative blood loss was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of distal radius fracture(AO type: C-type fracture), the application of parallel and vertical double plate internal fixation can achieve satisfactory results. The best internal fixation method can be selected according to the surgeon’s familiarity and combined with the patient’s condition.
