摘要
习近平总书记对网络主权和网络空间命运共同体作了多次重要论述。构建网络空间命运共同体的基础是维护网络主权。学界关于网络主权的研究,主要包括国际社会对网络主权的争议、网络主权的内涵及其与网络霸权和网络安全的关系、解决网络主权争议的建议等问题。关于网络空间命运共同体研究,主要涉及其内涵、意义、面临的挑战、构建原则与路径等问题。关于网络空间命运共同体与网络主权的相关性研究,主要涉及二者的关系以及构建网络空间命运共同体与保障网络主权协调推进的侧重点和具体路径。
General Secretary Xi Jinping made a number of important discussions on the sovereignty of cyberspace and community of destiny in cyberspace.The foundation of building a community of shared future in cyberspace is to safeguard network sovereignty.The research on the network sovereignty in the academia mainly covers the international community’s dispute on the network sovereignty,the connotation of the network sovereignty and its relationship with the network hegemony and the network security,and the suggestions to solve the dispute on the network sovereignty.The research on the community of destiny in cyberspace mainly involves its connotation,significance,challenges,principles and paths of construction,etc.The research on the relationship between the community of destiny in cyberspace and the sovereignty of cyberspace mainly encompasses the relationship between the two,as well as the focus and specific path of building the community of destiny in cyberspace and ensuring the coordinated promotion of the sovereignty of cyberspace.
