摘要
文章根据小学生的年龄特点,结合利他行为的概念,通过文献分析、开放式问卷和专家评定,构建了小学生利他行为倾向问卷的基本维度结构,并在此基础上编制了小学生利他行为倾向初始问卷,经过探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析以及校标关联效度检验,最终确立了包括"友善慷慨、分享合作、爱心助人、奉献帮助"四个维度、共计17个题项的《小学生利他行为倾向问卷》。信效度分析表明,问卷结构清晰,具有良好的信度、结构效度和效标关联效度,可以作为测评小学生利他行为倾向的有效工具。
This paper constructs a basic framework of pupils'altruistic behavior through the concept study of altruistic behavior,literature analysis,open questionnaire and expert evaluation considering the age characteristics of the pupils.Based on this,an initial version of pupils'altruistic behavior tendency is compiled by exploratory factor analysis,confirmatory factor analysis and testing of criterion related validity.The questionnaire contains 17 questions divided in 4 dimensions,i.e.,"friendliness and generosity","sharing and cooperation","kindness and thoughtfulness",and"devotion and help".Reliability and validity analysis shows the clearly structured questionnaire with acceptable reliability,structure validity and criterion related validity is a useful tool to evaluate pupils'altruistic behavior tendency.
