摘要
养正消积方剂是由16味中草药组方而成的中药制剂,主要应用于恶性肿瘤放化疗的辅助治疗,能够减轻放化疗的不良反应。近来研究发现,养正消积方剂既可以通过各种机制抑制肿瘤细胞的增殖、黏附、迁移,还能够增加免疫细胞的数量,增强机体细胞免疫的应答能力;此外,养正消积方剂还能降低炎性因子、调节肠道菌群、降低肿瘤标志物及减少肿瘤内血管形成,从而起到抗肿瘤作用。文章对养正消积方剂治疗恶性肿瘤的作用机制进行综述。
The Yangzhengxiaoji prescription is a traditional Chinese medicine preparation composed of 16 kinds of Chinese herbs.It is mainly used in the adjuvant treatment of radiotherapy and chemotherapy for malignant tumors,which can reduce the adverse reactions of radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Recently,it has been found that Yangzhengxiaoji prescription can not only inhibit the proliferation,adhesion and migration of tumor cells through various mechanisms,but also increase the number of immune cells and enhance the cellular immune response ability of the body.In addition,Yangzhengxiaoji prescription can also reduce inflammatory factors,regulate intestinal flora,reduce tumor markers and reduce tumor angiogenesis,so as to play an anti-tumor role Use.This article reviews the mechanism of Yangzhengxiaoji prescription in the treatment of malignant tumors.
