摘要
铁路工务大修指的就是对铁路线路的施工和对线路安全的维护,直接决定了铁路线路能否正常安全的运作,由此可见,铁路工务大修施工是极为重要的。在任何一项工程的施工过程中,管理都是重中之重,是关乎着施工进度和工程质量的关键点所在。在铁路工务大修的施工阶段,施工任务较重,且工期较紧,需要在较短的时间内完成,且施工场所的人员流动量巨大,从而导致各种安全问题的出现,这就需要安全管理的介入。本文围绕就铁路工务大修施工中的安全管理策略进行研究。
