摘要
目的:探索8周正念训练课程降低高中生考试焦虑水平的效果。方法:使用随机抽样法对高二年级的1250名学生进行中学生考试焦虑测验问卷施测并根据考试焦虑程度挑选符合入组条件的60名学生作为研究对象,分成实验组和对照组,采用实验法对实验组进行为期8周的正念训练的干预,对两个组别使用五因素正念觉知量表和中学生考试焦虑量表进行前后测。结果:(1)在入组筛选时利用相关考试焦虑量表检测出重度焦虑的对象有485人,重度焦虑占比46.3%,轻度焦虑占20.6%,中等焦虑23.9%,表现为镇定的人数占比9.2%,测试结果表明大部分同学存在不同程度的考试焦虑。(2)经过正念训练干预发现对照组考试焦虑没有发生很明显的改变,而参与了干预的正念实验组考试焦虑都明显降低了(p≤0.01),同时也发现考试焦虑的降低存在着性别等因素的差异。结论:(1)目前我国高中生的考试焦虑程度比较严重,研究发现有将近70.2%的学生处于中高度的考试焦虑状态。(2)学生进行8周的正念训练对于缓解他们的考试焦虑有着极大的帮助,正念训练能有效降低受试者的考试焦虑。
Objective:To explore the effect of 8 weeks of mindfulness training on reducing the anxiety level of high school students,methods are employed:Using the random sampling method,that is,1250 students in the second grade were tested for the anxiety test of middle school students.According to the test anxiety degree,60 students who met the entry criteria were selected as the study subjects and divided into experimental group,and control group.Experiments were used to test the experiment.The group underwent an intervention of 8 weeks of mindfulness training,and the two groups were tested before and after using the five-factor mindfulness awareness scale and the middle school students’anxiety scale.Results:(1)There were 485 subjects with severe anxiety detected by the relevant test anxiety scale in the screening of the group.The proportion of severe anxiety was 46.3%,mild anxiety was 20.6%,moderate anxiety was 23.9%,and the number of calm patients represents the proportion of 9.2%.The test results show that most students have different levels of test anxiety.(2)After the mindfulness training intervention,it was found that the test anxiety of the control group did not change significantly,and the test anxiety of the mind-minded experimental group who participated in the intervention was significantly reduced(p≤0.01),and it was also found that the test anxiety decreased,showing differences in gender factors.Conclusion:(1)At present,the test anxiety of high school students in China is quite serious.The study found that nearly 70.2%of the students are in the middle of high test anxiety.(2)Students’8-week mindfulness training is of great help to alleviate their test anxiety.Mindfulness training can effectively reduce the test anxiety of the subjects.
