多通道转杯纺羊毛混色织物的Friele模型 被引量:4

摘要 利用多通道转杯纺纱技术,纺制出多组有色纤维比例不同、线密度相同的混色纱线,并织成纬编针织平纹织物及梭织斜纹织物,采用分光光度仪测量织物在不同波长下的光谱反射率。利用Friele模型对模型参数σ值在0~1区间内进行赋值,取样本平均色差最小时的σ值作为最佳参数值,分别建立不同组织结构下多通道转杯纺羊毛混色织物的Friele模型。将最佳参数作为常数值对样本进行验证时,针织样本的平均色差为0.58,梭织样本的平均色差为0.83,均小于1,说明Friele模型对多通道转杯纺羊毛混色织物的预测效果较好。 Multi-channel rotor spinning technology is used to spin various mixed yarns with different proportions of colored fibers and the same linear density,further weft-knitted plan fabrics and woven twill fabrics were produced by there yarns respectively.The spectral reflectance of the fabrics at different wavelengths was measured using spectrophotometer.The Friele model was used by assigning the value of the model parameterσin the range of 0~1.Theσvalue with the smallest average color difference of the sample was taken as the optimal parameter value.The Friele model of multi-channel rotor-spinning mixed fabric under different microstructures was established.When the best parameters were used as the constant value to verify the sample,the average color difference of the knitted samples was 0.58,and the average color difference of the woven samples was 0.83,both of which were less than 1,indicating that the Friele model has a good predictive effect on the multi-channel rotor-spinning mixed fabric.
