摘要
【目的】对云瑞甘蔗种质资源进行梢腐病抗性鉴定及农艺性状分析,筛选出优异的云瑞甘蔗种质,为甘蔗抗梢腐病育种及培育高产高糖新品种提供种质材料。【方法】以161份云瑞甘蔗种质为研究对象,3个生产性品种为对照,分别调查参试材料新植蔗和宿根蔗梢腐病发病情况,根据病情指数进行抗病性评价;于甘蔗成熟期测量与甘蔗产量和糖分相关的株高、茎径、锤度和有效茎数4个农艺性状,并进行方差分析、相关分析和聚类分析。【结果】新植蔗与宿根蔗间的梢腐病自然发病率、病情指数和农艺性状田间表现差异极显著(P<0.01,下同);梢腐病发病率和病情指数与株高、有效茎数和锤度呈负相关,其中发病率与株高呈显著负相关(P<0.05),病情指数与株高呈极显著负相关,梢腐病的发生对甘蔗产量和糖分影响大;根据病情指数将161份云瑞种质划分为高抗、抗病、中抗、中感、感病和高感6大等级,其中高抗30份(占18.63%)、抗病54份(占33.54%)、中抗24份(占14.91%)、中感13份(占8.08%)、感病10份(占6.21%)、高感30份(占18.63%);新植蔗和宿根蔗均未发生梢腐病的有11份(占6.83%);聚类分析将86份抗病型种质分为六大类群,第Ⅱ和第Ⅴ类群产量和糖分性状较好,其中云瑞04-145、云瑞09-753、云瑞05-283、云瑞05-733和云瑞10-554等27份材料不仅抗梢腐病,还具有高产高糖育种潜力。【结论】大部分供试云瑞甘蔗种质易感梢腐病,且宿根蔗较新植蔗发病率高、发病更严重。CP×云瑞类型组合具有较好的梢腐病抗病性和高产高糖育种潜力,评价出的27份云瑞甘蔗材料可为甘蔗抗梢腐病和高产高糖育种提供种质来源。
【Objective】Resistance identification for pokkah boeng disease and agronomic traits analysis were carried out to screen excellent Yunrui sugarcane clones.The clones screened out coulds offer germplasms for pokkah boeng disease resistant breeding and cultivation new variety with high cane yield and high sugar content.【Method】A total of 161 accessions of Yunrui sugarcane were used as tested materials,three commercial varieties were used as check.The incidence of pokkah boeng disease on the plant canes and ratoon canes were surveyed,and evaluated the resistance based on disease severity index(DSI).Four major agronomic traits,including plant height,stalk diameter,brix and number of millable stalks were measured at mature period,and variance analysis,correlation analysis and clustering analysis were applied.【Result】There was extremely significant difference between plant canes and ratoon canes in natural incidence,DSI of pokkah boeng disease and agronomic traits performance in the field(P<0.01,the same below).Incidence and DSI were negatively correlated with plant height,number of millable stalks and brix.And the plant height was significantly negatively correlated with incidence(P<0.05),extremely negatively correlated with DSI.This suggested that pokkah boeng disease has great negative effect on cane yield and sugar content.The 161 accessions of Yunrui sugarcane could be divided into six grades including highly resistant,resistant,moderately resistant,moderately susceptible,susceptible and highly susceptible based on DSI data.With this evaluation,30 lines(18.63%)were identified as highly resistant,54 lines(33.54%)were resistant,24 lines(14.91%)were moderately resistant,13 lines(8.08%)were moderately susceptible,10 lines(6.21%)were susceptible,30 lines(18.63%)were highly susceptible.Eleven lines(6.83%)were not infected on both plant canes and ratoon canes.The clustering analysis results showed that 86 resistant lines could be divided into six groups,and the groupⅡand groupⅤhad good performance on cane yield and sugar content related traits.Twenty-seven lines of them such as Yunrui 04-145,Yunrui 09-753,Yunrui 05-283,Yunrui 05-733 and Yunrui10-554 were not only resistant to pokkah boeng disease,but also had a good potential on high cane yield and high sugar content breeding.【Conclusion】Most Yunrui sugarcane are susceptible to pokkah boeng disease,and the incidence,disease degree of ratoon canes are more serious than plant canes.CP×Yunrui is good cross type for resistance to pokkah boeng disease and has great potential for high cane yield and high sugar content breeding.The 27 evaluated accessions of Yunrui could be used as promising lines for resistance breeding of pokkah boeng disease,high yield breeding and high sugar content breeding in sugarcane.
