摘要
【目的】分析不同育苗方式对丹参种苗形态、农艺性状和生理生化指标的影响,为工厂化、规范化和产业化生产优质丹参种苗提供参考依据。【方法】采用传统育苗、黑色穴盘育苗、白色泡沫穴盘漂浮育苗和白色泡沫穴盘育苗4种育苗方式进行丹参育苗,育苗结束后取样观察不同处理种苗的形态特征,并测定其农艺性状及生理生化指标,对比分析不同方式的育苗效果。【结果】4种育苗方式中,传统育苗方式所得丹参幼苗较高大、叶片颜色浓绿、主根特征明显;黑色穴盘育苗、白色泡沫穴盘漂浮育苗和白色泡沫穴盘育苗方式所得幼苗植株较小、叶片颜色浅绿、侧根及须根特征明显。除根长和茎粗外,其他农艺性状指标均表现为传统育苗>白色泡沫穴盘漂浮育苗>黑色穴盘育苗>白色泡沫穴盘育苗;白色泡沫穴盘漂浮育苗所得丹参种苗的根长最长(22.380±8.734 cm),茎粗最粗(2.629±0.602 cm)。黑色穴盘育苗的根系活力[79.690±13.092μg/(g·h)]和可溶性糖含量(57.32±4.91 mg/g)最高,抗性较强;可溶性蛋白含量在4种育苗方式中差异不显著(P>0.05);光合色素含量表现为传统育苗>白色泡沫穴盘漂浮育苗>黑色穴盘育苗>白色泡沫穴盘育苗。【结论】在4种育苗方式中,传统育苗所得种苗植株高大,根系粗壮,适合于家种散户精耕细作。黑色穴盘育苗和白色泡沫穴盘漂浮育苗所得种苗均匀一致,高度适中,节水节肥,管理方便,适合于公司或企业进行工厂化和产业化生产。
【Objective】To analyze the effects of different seedling raising methods on the morphology,agronomic characters and physiological and biochemical indexes of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge seedlings,so as to provide reference for the production of high-quality S.miltiorrhiza seedlings in factory and in standardization and industrialization manners.【Method】Four seedling raising methods,namely,traditional seedling raising,black plug seedling raising,white foam plug floating seedling raising and white foam plug seedling raising,were used to raise seedlings of S.miltiorrhiza.After sampling,the morphological characteristics of seedlings treated with different treatments were observed,and their agronomic characters and physiological and biochemical indexes were determined to compared the raising effects.【Result】In the four seedling raising methods,S.miltiorrhiza seedlings were higher in traditional seedling raising method,and their leaf color was dark green,and their main root characteristics were obvious.Black plug seedlings,white foam plug floating seedlings and white foam plug seedlings had smaller seedlings,lighter leaves,lateral roots and fibrous roots.Except for root length and stem diameter,other agronomic traits were shown as traditional seedling>white foam tray floating seedling>black plug seedling>white foam plug seedling;the root length of S.miltiorrhiza seedlings grown on white foam plug seedlings was the longest(22.380±8.734 cm)and the stem diameter was the thickest(2.629±0.602 cm).The root activity of black plug seedlings was[79.690±13.092μg/(g·h)]and soluble sugar content(57.32±4.91 mg/g)was the highest,and the resistance was strong.The soluble protein content was not significantly different among four seedling treatments(P>0.05).Photosynthetic pigment content showed as traditional seedling>white foam tray floating seedling>black plug seedling>white foam plug seedling.【Conclusion】Among the four seedling-raising methods of S.miltiorrhiza,the seedling obtained from traditional seedling raising is tall and has strong roots,which is suitable for intensive farming of household individual.The seedlings obtained from traditional seedling raising and black plug seedling raising are uniform,moderate in height,water-saving and fertilizer-saving,and convenient in management.They are suitable for factory and industrial production of companies and enterprises.
