摘要 桡骨头骨折和桡骨颈骨折的治疗方法主要包括切开复位内固定术、桡骨头切除术以及桡骨头置换术。桡骨头和桡骨颈骨折的治疗方案不仅取决于骨折分型情况,还与肘关节旋转的稳定性有关。同一治疗方式对单纯骨折和伴肘关节旋转不稳定的骨折的疗效不尽相同,后者往往术后功能结果更差。该文在区分单纯骨折和伴肘关节旋转不稳定骨折的前提下,对近年来桡骨头和桡骨颈骨折的临床治疗进展作一综述。
