不同原生境来源野生大豆抗花叶病毒(SMV)综合评价及聚类分析 被引量:5

摘要 对不同原生境类型的120份野生大豆材料进行了田间抗大豆花叶病毒SMV-1、SMV-3株系的鉴定评价、聚类及性状间相关分析。结果表明:在120份野生大豆中,对SMV-1表现高抗的材料1份,抗病材料7份,中抗材料22份,中感材料34份,感病材料40份,高感材料16份,分别占供试材料的0.8%、5.8%、18.3%、28.3%、33.3%、13.3%;对SMV-3表现抗病材料6份,中抗材料19份,中感材料24份,感病材料30份,高感材料41份,分别占供试材料的5%、15.8%、20%、25%、34.2%,来自沿海地区的材料相对其他来源的材料具有更高的SMV抗性。部分农艺性状与病情指数的相关分析表明,株高与野生大豆对SMV抗性呈显著正相关,相关系数为0.14,叶大小与抗病性也有一定相关性。聚类分析表明,LVD140004和LYD141046与其他材料亲缘关系较远,且LYD141046具有较高抗病性,与其杂交会有较大杂种优势,并获得抗病后代。 Evaluated the SMV resistance of 120 Glycine soja and analyzed the correlation of characters.The results showed that there were 1 high resistant accessions,7 resistant accessions,22 moderately resistant accessions,34 moderately susceptible accessions,40 susceptible accessions and 16 high susceptible accessions,accounting for 0.8%、5.8%、18.3%、28.3%、33.3%and 13.3%of the tested germplasm to SMV-1,6 resistant accessions,19 moderately resistant accessions,24 moderately susceptible accessions,30 susceptible accessions and 41 high susceptible accessions,accounting for 5%、15.8%、20%、25%and 34.2%of the tested germplasm to SMV-3,accessions from coastal?areas had relatively more SMV resistance than those from other regions.Correlation analysis for several characters and disease index of the accessions tested were conducted.There were a strong positive correlation between resistance to SMV and plant height(0.14).The cluster analysis indicated that accession LVD140004 and LYD141046 had a far relation ship with all other accessions,and had a heterosis when crossed with the other accessions.LYD141046 had high SMV resistance,and will get SMV resistant progeny when crossed with the other accessions.
