摘要
3.80 mm 60Si2MnA淬回火弹簧钢丝抗拉强度出现异常。对力学性能出现严重不均的3.80 mm 60Si2MnA淬回火弹簧钢丝抗拉强度和断面收缩率进行分析,对3.80 mm 60Si2MnA弹簧钢丝微观组织和显微硬度进行比较。结果表明,3.80 mm 60Si2MnA弹簧钢丝淬回火后出现力学性能严重不均的原因有3个:奥氏体化炉中段炉温异常下降使奥氏体均匀化无法顺利完成;6.5 mm 60Si2MnA热轧线材心部存在严重偏析;奥氏体化炉横向温度分布均匀性较差。
Tensile strength of diameter 3.80 mm 60Si2MnA quenched and tempered spring wire occurs abnormal.The tensile strength and percentage reduction of area of diameter 3.80 mm 60Si2MnA quenched and tempered spring wire of which mechanical properties are seriously uneven are analyzed.Microstructure and microhardness of diameter 3.80 mm 60Si2MnA spring wire are compared.Results show that mechanical properties of diameter 3.80 mm 60Si2MnA spring wire seriously uneven are the following three reasons:abnormal temperature drop in middle section of austenitizing furnace makes homogenization of austenite unable to be completed smoothly,diameter 6.5 mm 60Si2MnA hot-rolled wire rod core has serious segregation,uniformity of transverse temperature distribution in austenitizing furnace is poor.
