摘要
为了考察铁尾矿碎石沥青混凝土的低温抗裂性能规律,通过低温弯曲试验和劈裂试验,系统分析了铁尾矿碎石掺量对沥青混凝土弯拉强度、劈裂强度、最大弯拉应变等指标的影响规律。试验结果表明,铁尾矿碎石沥青混凝土的弯拉强度、劈裂强度和最大弯拉应变均随着铁尾矿碎石的掺量增大而减小,因而铁尾矿碎石替代粗集料的比例不宜大于50%,以便保持沥青混凝土的低温抗裂能力。
In order to investigate the low temperature cracking resistance of asphalt concrete with iron tailing gravel,the effects of the iron tailings gravel content on the bending strength,splitting strength and maximum bending strain of asphalt concrete were systematically analyzed through low temperature bending tests and splitting tests.The test results indicate that the bending strength,splitting strength and maximum bending strain of asphalt concrete of asphalt concrete decreases with the increase of iron tailing gravel content.Therefore,the proportion of iron tailings gravel replacing coarse aggregate should not be greater than 50%to maintain the low-temperature cracking resistance of asphalt concrete.
