知信行健康教育对老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者心理状态及生活质量的影响 被引量:25

摘要 目的探讨知信行健康教育对老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者心理状态及生活质量的影响。方法选取2018年12月至2019年6月老年COPD患者100例作为研究对象,随机将其等分为干预组与对照组,对照组给予常规健康教育,干预组给予知信行健康教育。比较两组干预前后SF-36评分及生存质量测评量表(WHOQOL-BREF)评分情况。结果干预后,两组SF-36评分均明显较干预前高,且干预组高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,干预组生理、心理、社会关系评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论知信行健康教育能显著改善老年COPD患者健康状况与生活质量。 Objective To discuss the effect of knowledge,attitude and practice(KAP)health education for mental status and quality of life of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases(COPD).Methods To select 100 cases of elderly patients with COPD from December 2018 to June2019 as the study objects.They were randomly divided into a intervention group and a control group.The control group was given routine health education,and the intervention group was given KAP health education.The SF-36 score and the quality of life rating scale(WHOQOL-BREF)before and after the intervention were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the SF-36 scores of the both groups were significantly higher than those before intervention,and the intervention group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the physiological,psychology and social relations scores in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of KAP health education could significantly improve the status of health and quality of life of elderly patients with COPD.
