摘要
目的:探讨温阳健脾汤对脾胃虚弱型慢性萎缩性胃炎患者的治疗效果。方法:选取笔者所在医院2018年1月-2019年1月收治的脾胃虚弱型慢性萎缩性胃炎患者112例,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各56例。对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组采用温阳健脾汤治疗。比较两组临床症状改善情况和治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为91.07%,高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后慢性炎症、异型增生、腺体萎缩症状积分均较治疗前明显降低,且观察组均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:脾胃虚弱型慢性萎缩性胃炎患者采用温阳健脾汤治疗效果优于常规西药治疗,且患者临床症状改善更显著,值得在相关临床治疗中推广。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Wenyang Jianpi Decoction on patients with chronic atrophic gastritis with weak spleen and stomach.Method:A total of 112 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis with weak spleen and stomach treated in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,with 56 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group were treated with Wenyang Jianpi Decoction.The improvement of clinical symptoms and therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was 91.07%,which was higher than 75.00% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the symptom scores of chronic inflammation,dysplasia and gland atrophy in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the observation group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment effect of Wenyang Jianpi Decoction in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis with weak spleen and stomach is better than that of conventional western medicine,and the clinical symptoms of patients are improved more significantly,which is worth popularizing in the related clinical treatment.
