摘要
目的:对择时用药治疗非杓型高血压患者的效果进行研究分析。方法:选取笔者所在医院2017年11月-2019年4月收治的112例非杓型高血压患者进行研究分析,将112例非杓型高血压患者随机分为两组,每组56例,两组非杓型高血压患者均施以氢氯噻嗪片、替米沙坦片及左旋氨氯地平片治疗。对照组非杓型高血压患者在早晨8点给予服药,试验组非杓型高血压患者于晚上8点给予服药。对两组非杓型高血压患者的服药结果进行比较分析。结果:用药之后,试验组非杓型高血压患者的24 h平均收缩压(SBP)、白昼平均收缩压(dSBP)、夜间平均收缩压(nSBP)明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组非杓型高血压患者的杓型值明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);杓型转变率对比,试验组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者治疗后自测清晨血压结果明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在晚上8点对患者给予氢氯噻嗪片、替米沙坦片及左旋氨氯地平片治疗,其降压效果明显较早晨8点好。
Objective:To study and analyze the effects of timing medication on patients with non-dipper hypertension.Method:A study was conducted on 112 patients with non-dipper hypertension who were admitted to our hospital from November 2017 to April 2019,112 patients with non-dipper hypertension were randomly divided into two groups,56 cases in each group,two groups of patients with non-dipper hypertension were treated with Hydrochlorothiazide Tablets,Telmisartan Tablets and Levamlodipine Tablets.Non-dipper hypertensive patients in the control group of were given medication at 8 AM,in the experimental group,patients with non-dipper hypertension were given medication at 8 PM.The results of medication in two groups of patients with non-dipper hypertension were comparative analyzed.Result:After medication,24 h SBP,dSBP and nSBP in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The dipper value of experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The diversion rate of experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The self-test morning blood pressure of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:At 8 o’clock in the evening,patients are given Hydrochlorothiazide Tablets,Telmisartan Tablets and Levamlodipine Tablets,then the antihypertensive effect is better than 8 AM.
