摘要 时代的发展使建筑行业也有了新的评价标准,传统的施工管理模式已经无法满足安全、质量、效率等方面的高要求,加之BIM、GIS、IoT等信息化技术的发展催化,当下普及智慧工地系统很有必要性。本文重点分析了BIM、GIS、IoT技术是什么以及三者如何协同应用于智慧工地系统,提出BIM、GIS为基础,IoT为核心的战略定位,并总结出智慧工地系统的五大模块:人员、环境、机械、物料和工程,对智慧工地的推广普及具有指导意义。 With the development of the times,the construction industry also has new evaluation standards.The traditional construction management mode has been unable to meet the high requirements of safety,quality,efficiency and other aspects.Coupled with the development of information technology,such as BIM,GIS,IoT and so on,it is necessary to popularize the intelligent construction site system.This paper focuses on the analysis of what is the BIM,GIS,IoT technology and how the three can be collaboratively applied in intelligent construction site.In addition,it puts forward the strategic positioning with BIM and GIS at the base and IoT at the core,and sums up the five modules of the intelligent construction site system:personnel,environment,machinery,materials and engineering,which have the guiding significance for the promotion and popularization of the intelligent construction site.
