摘要
针对渤海油田因水平井井段长、储层非均质性强,造成储层出砂严重的问题,通过室内试验研究筛选出渤海油田水平井化学防砂体系配方,即:65%环氧树脂乳液+0.5%起泡剂体系+5%稳定剂+10%固化剂+0.4%偶联剂。该体系在60~80℃时固沙效果较好,抗压强度可达6.7 MPa,油藏渗透率为4.5μm^2。
In consideration of the severe problem of reservoir sand flow caused by long length of horizontal wells and heterogeneity of reservoir in Bohai Oilfield, a formulation of epoxy resin foam chemical sand control system suitable for use in Bohai Oilfield was identified through laboratory test: 65% epoxy resin emulsion + 0.5% foaming agent system + 5% stabilizer + 10% curing compound + 0.4% coupling agent. This system is good in sand fixation at 60 ~ 80 ℃ with the compression strength being 6.7 MPa and the reservoir permeability being 4.5 μm^2.
