摘要
目的分析许昌市预防接种单位和工作人员现状,为科学配置接种单位和人员提供依据。方法通过中国免疫规划信息管理系统年报收集信息,进行描述性分析。结果许昌市156个预防接种相关单位,接种单位、接种+报告单位分别占31.41%、68.59%;城镇接种门诊、乡接种门诊、产科接种点分别占17.31%、51.28%、31.41%。预防接种相关工作人员共812人,接种人员、报告人员、接种+报告人员分别占66.01%、25.00%、8.99%;城镇接种门诊、乡接种门诊、产科接种点工作人员分别占20.07%、54.06%、25.86%。本科及以上、专科、专科及以下接种人员比例为20.34%、51.12%、28.17%;初级、中级及以上、无职称接种人员比例为77.61%、18.84%、3.17%。结论许昌市预防接种以门诊化接种为主,已取消村级接种,产科接种点正逐步城区化。接种人员学历、职称偏低。今后许昌市应加强预防接种单位和人员管理,合理配置接种人员,以满足工作需求。
Objective To analyze the status of vaccination units and staff in Xuchang,and provide evidence for scientific allocation of vaccination units and personnel.Methods The information was collected through the annual report of the China Immunization Planning Information Management System for descriptive analysis.Results The 156 vaccination related units in Xuchang accounted for 31.41%and 68.59%of the vaccination units and vaccination+reporting units respectively;urban vaccination clinics,township vaccination clinics and obstetric vaccination points accounted for17.31%、51.28%and 31.41%respectively.A total of 812 vaccination-related staff,vaccination personnel,reporters,vaccination+report personnel accounted for 66.01%、25.00%、8.99%;urban vaccination clinics,township vaccination clinics,obstetrics vaccination points staff accounted for 20.07%、54.06%、25.86%.Among them,there were 536 inoculation operators,and the average number of inoculation personnel per inoculation unit was 3.44,and the urban inoculation clinic,township inoculation clinic,and obstetric inoculation point were 4.11、2.69 and 4.29,respectively.The proportion of undergraduate and above,specialist,specialist and below vaccinated personnel was20.34%、51.12%、28.17%;the proportion of primary,intermediate and above,non-professional vaccination personnel was 77.61%、18.84%、3.17%.Conclusions The vaccination in Xuchang is mainly based on outpatient vaccination.The village vaccination has been cancelled,and the obstetric inoculation point is gradually urbanized.The vaccination personnel have low academic qualifications and professional titles.In the future,Xuchang should strengthen the management of vaccination units and personnel,and rationally allocate vaccination personnel to meet the work needs.
