呼吸机治疗重症急性有机磷农药中毒呼吸衰竭的效果评价 被引量:4

Evaluation of Ventilator Respirator in the Treatment of Respiratory Failure Caused by Severe Acute Organophosphorus Pesticide Poisoning

摘要 目的:探讨呼吸机治疗重症急性有机磷农药中毒呼吸衰竭的效果.方法:回顾性分析2017年5月-2018年5月笔者所在医院收治的重症急性有机磷农药中毒呼吸衰竭患者70例临床资料,根据急救时辅助通气方式不同分为对照组(常规治疗结合气管插管人工气囊辅助呼吸,35例)和观察组(常规治疗结合呼吸机辅助呼吸,35例),比较两组抢救指标、抢救成功率及死亡原因.结果:观察组抢救时间、辅助呼吸停止时间、住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.983、6.200、4.698,P=0.000);观察组抢救成功率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(字2=4.786,P=0.029);观察组后遗症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(字2=8.509,P=0.004).结论:呼吸机治疗重症急性有机磷农药中毒呼吸衰竭可提高抢救成功率,促进患者康复,改善其预后. Objective:To investigate the effect of respirator on respiratory failure caused by severe acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning.Method:The clinical data of 70 patients with severe acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning respiratory failure treated in our hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were analyzed retrospectively.According to the different ways of auxiliary ventilation during first aid,they were divided into the control group(routine treatment combined with tracheal intubation artificial air bag assisted respiration,35 cases)and the observation group(routine treatment combined with respirator assisted respiration,35 cases).The rescue indexes,rescue success rate and causes of death were compared between the two groups.Result:The rescue time,auxiliary respiratory arrest time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(t=4.983,6.200,4.698,P=0.000).The success rate of rescue in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(X^2=4.786,P=0.029),and the incidence of sequelae in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(X^2=8.509,P=0.004).Conclusion:Respirator can improve the success rate of rescue,promote the recovery and improve the prognosis of respiratory failure caused by severe acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning.
