摘要
目的:探究血型实验室输血检验工作中的质量控制效果及对输血安全的影响。方法:选取2017年1月-2018年12月笔者所在医院输血治疗的200例患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(n=100)和研究组(n=100)。采集所有患者的血液作为检验标本,对照组进行常规输血检验,研究组在此基础上实施质量控制。比较两组输血安全事故发生情况及不良反应发生情况。结果:对照组输血安全事故发生率为8.00%(血型鉴定失误3例,血型不合输血2例,输血传染0例,其他3例),研究组输血安全事故发生率为1.00%(血型鉴定失误0例,血型不合输血0例,输血传染0例,其他1例),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率为4.00%,低于对照组的16.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血型实验室输血检验工作中实施相应的质量管理,能有效降低血型鉴定失误、血型不合输血、输血传染等输血安全事故发生率及不良反应发生率,提高临床输血的可靠性和安全性,有效保障输血患者的健康,医院必须重视血型实验室输血检验的质量控制。
Objective:To explore the quality control effect of blood group laboratory blood transfusion test and its influence on blood transfusion safety.Method:A total of 200 patients treated with blood transfusion in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into the control group(n=100)and the study group(n=100).Blood samples of all patients were collected as test samples.The control group received routine blood transfusion test,and the study group implemented quality control on this basis.The occurrence of blood transfusion safety accidents and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The incidence of blood transfusion safety accident in the control group was 8.00%(3 cases of blood type identification error,2 cases of blood type incompatibility transfusion,0 case of blood transfusion infection,3 cases of other),and the incidence of blood transfusion safety accident in the study group was 1.00%(0 cases of blood type identification error,0 case of blood type incompatibility transfusion,0 case of blood transfusion infection,1 case of other).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 4.00%,which was significantly lower than 16.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of corresponding quality management in blood group laboratory blood transfusion test can effectively reduce the incidence of blood transfusion safety accidents such as blood type identification error,blood type incompatibility transfusion,blood transfusion infection,and the incidence of adverse reactions,improve the reliability and safety of clinical blood transfusion,and effectively guarantee the health of blood transfusion patients.The hospital must pay attention to the quality control of blood group laboratory blood transfusion test.
