摘要 在高层建筑的基础工程建设过程中,为提高地基承载能力,需要进行打桩施工,而打桩会对周围建筑物产生比较明显的振动影响,造成周围建筑物桩基以及建筑整体结构的稳定性下降,从而带来严重的安全隐患。因此,在高层建筑的打桩施工中,要充分了解打桩振动对周边建筑产生影响的各种因素,采取针对性的防控措施,降低打桩施工对相邻建筑的不利影响。 In the process of foundation construction of high-rise buildings,piling is necessary to improve the bearing capacity of foundation.Piling will have a more obvious vibration impact on surrounding buildings,resulting in the decline of the stability of surrounding buildings’pile foundations and the overall structure of the building,thus bringing serious security risks.Therefore,in the piling construction of high-rise buildings,it is necessary to fully understand the various factors that influence the surrounding buildings caused by the vibration of piling,and adopt pertinent prevention and control measures to reduce the adverse effects of piling construction on adjacent buildings.
