摘要
底模支撑系统是海上高桩大体积承台现浇施工中一个重点及难点,论文以钢抱箍在越南某海港项目高桩承台底模支撑系统中的实际应用为例,从底模支撑方法比选、钢抱箍的形式设计、承载力计算及验算、试验方法等方面进行总结归纳,为类似项目提供参考。
The bottom formwork support system is a key and difficult point in the cast-in-place construction of high-rise pile and mass concrete bearing caps on the sea.Taking the practical application of steel anchor ear in the bottom formwork support system of a high-rise pile cap in a harbor project in Vietnam as an example,the paper summarizes the methods of bottom formwork support,the form design of steel anchor ear,the calculation and checking of bearing capacity,and the test methods,so as to provide reference for similar projects.
