摘要
湖北省高等职业院校执行楚天技能名师教学岗位制度十余年来,取得巨大成就,本文拟在此项制度完美执行取得成效后再续开展楚天技能名师工作室运行模式的探讨,为高等职业院校专业建设及双师素质培养做出研究。
Hubei Higher Vocational Colleges have made great achievements in the implementation of the teaching post system of Chutian skilled teachers for more than ten years.This paper intends to further explore the operation mode of Chutian skilled teachers’ studio after the perfect implementation of this system has achieved results,so as to make research on the professional construction and the quality cultivation of Double Teachers in higher vocational colleges.
