摘要
目的:研究儿童尺桡骨骨折行夹板外固定与弹性髓内针内固定治疗的临床效果。方法:将2017年8月-2018年12月于笔者所在医院骨科接受治疗的儿童尺桡骨骨折50例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组(n=25)和观察组(n=25)。对照组行夹板外固定治疗,观察组行弹性髓内针内固定治疗。比较两组骨折复位效果及术后并发症情况。结果:观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗第4、6及10周X线评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后感染、湿疹性皮炎、固定后骨位丢失及愈合延迟率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:与夹板外固定比较,临床上治疗儿童尺桡骨骨折选择弹性髓内针内固定治疗效果更佳,无须反复复位,且术后并发症少,有利于促使患儿康复。
Objective:To study the clinical effects of external fixation with splint and internal fixation with elastic intramedullary needle for the treatment of ulnar and radial fractures in children.Method:A total of 50 children with ulnar and radial fractures who were treated in the orthopaedic department of our hospital from August 2017 to December 2018 were selected as study objects,and according to the random number table method,children were divided into the control group(n=25) and the observation group(n=25).The control group underwent external fixation with splint,and the observation group underwent internal fixation with elastic intramedullary needle.The effects of fracture reduction and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The X-ray scores of the observation group at the 4 th,6 th and 10 th week were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidences of postoperative infection,eczema dermatitis,bone loss after fixation and delayed healing in the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with external fixation with splint,internal fixation with elastic intramedullary needle is more effective in clinical treatment of ulnar and radial fractures in children,no need for repeated reduction,and fewer postoperative complications,which is conducive to the rehabilitation of children.
