摘要
针对目前带式输送机上矿工违规越位存在安全隐患的问题,提供了一种利用摄像头、行程开关和红外传感器的综合监测方案,实时监测皮带机的危险区域是否有人进入,一旦三个检测装置都检测到人,则立刻输出一个开关量信号到急停继电器,控制皮带机的电机进行急停,同时发出报警信号,最终起到保护乘人的作用。本系统利用图像识别、传感器和开关技术进行输送带上越位人员检测,可有效的预防越位人员掉入煤仓的事故发生,具有可靠性高、误报率低、便于安装维护的特点。
In a belt conveyor on the safety problem,illegal miners offside provides a comprehensive utilization of camera,travel switch and infrared sensor monitoring programme,real-time monitoring of the belt conveyor whether anyone enter the dangerous area,once three detecting device detects a person,is a switch output signals to stop immediately relay,control of belt conveyor motor stop,send out alarm signal at the same time,finally have the effect of protection by people.This system using image recognition,sensors and switches technology conveyor belt offside personnel detection,can effectively prevent offside personnel falling into the coal accidents,has high reliability,low rate of false positives,the characteristics of easy installation and maintenance.
