摘要
针灸治疗在关节相关疾病中应用广泛,"疏通经络、活血化瘀、扶正祛邪"是其传统中医理论机制,而现代医学机制为"镇痛、改善微环境、影响激素及炎性介质的释放",大量研究证实其确切疗效,已成为治疗关节相关疾病的有效治疗方法。通过检索Pub Med、中国知网、万方等数据库查阅有关针灸治疗关节相关疾病的文献,对近年来国内外的研究进行整理和分析。但目前的研究多为小样本的回顾性研究,多中心、大样本的随机双盲对照试验设计将更有利于进一步证实针灸疗法治疗关节相关疾病的疗效,并探讨其作用机制,使之更好地应用于临床。
Acupuncture is widely used in joint-related or thopaedic diseases. " Dredging the meridians, promoting blood circulation, and rectifying evils" are the traditional theoretical mechanisms of Chinese medicine, while those of modern medicine are "releasing pains and improving the microenvironment".A large number of studies have verified its exact effect, and it has become an effective treatment of jointrelated diseases. Through searching Pub Med, CNKI, Wanfang and other databases to review the literature on acupuncture treatment of joint-related diseases, the researches in recent years at home and abroad were collated and analyzed. It was found that the current researches are mostly retrospective studies with small sample sizes. The design of randomized double-blind controlled experiments with multiple centers and large samples will be more conducive to further confirm the efficacy of acupuncture treatment of joint-related diseases. The paper also explores its mechanism, to better apply it to clinical practice.
