复杂结构制品高光注射数值模拟分析及工艺优化

Numerical analysis and process optimization of rapid heat cycle molding for complex structure plastics

摘要 以咖啡机壳体为研究对象,根据高光注射工艺要求,对成型制品注射工艺进行模拟分析,以注射过程中的熔体温度、模具温度、保压压力、保压时间、注射时间5个工艺参数作为影响因素,以翘曲变形量、缩痕指数、成型收缩率为主要评价指标,运用正交试验设计法与极差分析法得出影响高光注射成型的显著性因素,通过综合平衡法并使用Taguchi技术中的信噪比进行衡量,得到成型制品的最优工艺参数组合。 Taking the coffee machine as a research object, the injection process was stimulated according to the principles of RHCM technology. Using deflection, shrinkage index and volumetric shrinkage as the main evaluation indicators to optimize the design of parameters such as melt temperature, mould temperature, packing pressure, packing time and injection time. Based on orthogonal design of experiment and the range analysis, the significant factors influencing the RHCM were obtained, and an optimal solution was given and verified by using the comprehensive balance method and the Taguchi method.
