摘要
针对矿用监控系统存在组网复杂、抗损性差和通信距离短的问题,设计了矿用低速远程监控通信平台。该通信平台采用低功耗设计理念,基于STM32F103ZET(MCU)和SX1278两种低功耗处理器,通过系统控制软件的低功耗优化设计,对采集的感知信息实现控制、管理与通信服务,设计MAC层以上私有通信协议,解决无线信道冲突与避碰问题,实现终端与基站间双向有效通信,构建起可靠实用的远程低速通信平台。测试结果表明:该通信平台通信稳定可靠,在复杂环境下可实现至少2 km距离的远程通信,能够适用于矿井复杂环境下的远程组网低速通信。
In view of the problems of complex networking,poor resistance to damage and short communication distance of mine monitoring system,a communication platform of low-speed remote monitoring and control is designed.This communication platform adopts the design concept of low power consumption,based on the low-power processors of STM32F103ZET(MCU)and SX1278,through the low-power optimization design of system control software,the collected perception information is controlled,managed and communicated.Private communication protocols above MAC layer are designed to solve the problem of wireless channel conflict and collision avoidance,realize two-way effective communication between terminals and base stations,and build a reliable and practical long-distance and low-speed communication platform.The test results show that the communication platform is stable and reliable,and can achieve a distance of at least 2 km in complex environment,which is suitable for low-speed communication in remote network in complex mining environment.
