摘要 炉门扼流结构是用于抑制炉门缝隙处的微波泄漏的关键部件,针对传统家用微波炉门结构设计不合理造成的微波泄漏问题,提出基于两端口传输线模型的微波炉门防泄漏扼流结构优化设计,通过对两端口传输线模型扼流及小型扼流齿优化,避免传统微波炉门的泄漏问题。对比实验证明,优化后的微波炉门结构在加热过程中,防泄漏效果更好,更适用于实际的应用当中。 Furnace door choke structure is a key component for suppressing microwave leakage in the gap between furnace doors.Aiming at the problem of microwave leakage caused by irrational structural design of traditional domestic microwave oven doors,a two-port transmission line model based microwave oven door leakage prevention choke is proposed Structural optimization design,through the two-port transmission line model choke and small choke optimization,to avoid the leakage problem of the traditional microwave oven door.Comparative experiments prove that the optimized microwave oven door structure has better anti-leakage effect during heating and is more suitable for practical applications.
