摘要
我国铸造行业环保工作刚刚起步,颗粒物是铸造生产产生的主要大气污染物之一。本研究对我国铸造行业颗粒物排放水平进行了调研。铸造生产流程中,熔化(熔炼)、造型浇注、落砂清理、砂处理等工部均有颗粒物排放,其中熔化设备冲天炉颗粒物污染最严重,颗粒物排放平均水平为86.1mg/m3。各工部对旧国标的平均达标率超过96.0%,多数铸造企业选择将自己的污染排放水平控制在刚刚达到强制性国标要求之内。但新的协会标准(T/CFA 030802-2—2017,1级)一旦实施,平均有59.7%的企业需要进行进一步减排。统计数据集中性差体现出我国铸造企业环保工作开展不平衡的现状,颗粒物治理工作任重道远。
Environment protection in China foundry industry was just started.Particulate Matter(PM)was one of the main air pollutants in foundries.During the process of foundry,PM were found in melting,molding&pouring,cleaning and sand mixing.Cupola was the most polluted process with a highest average PM emission level of 86.1 mg/m3.Over 96.0%PM emission level of all process in all foundries on average could meet the old national standards.While if new standard"T/CFA 030802-2—2017"implemented,59.7%foundries would need reduction.Distribution of data shows an unbalanced situation of air pollution control in China foundry industry.It is still a long way to go.
