摘要
通过将压铸模具的铸造穴槽和穴盖内表面的粗糙度控制在Ra0.2以内,以及在定模芯和动模芯的表面涂覆PST渗透层,解决了模具无脱模斜度的技术难题。利用进料通道冷却支管对模具中靠近进料主通道的部位以及压铸穴槽进行冷却,从而解决了铸件在充型过程中产生卷气等问题。
By controlling roughness of inner surface of the cast cave groove and cave cover of die-casting die to less than Ra0.2,and applying a PST permeable coating on surface of both cover die and ejector die,a technical difficulty that arises from the die free of demoulding slope has been solved.The problem such as air entrainment during cavity filling also has been removed by cooling both position close to main feed channel and die-casting cave groove of the die through cooling branch in feed channel.
