摘要
[目的/意义]辩护性评论是针对一阶段负面评论进行反驳和纠正的二阶段在线评论。在冲突视角下探究辩护性评论信息的产生及传播动力机制,能够完善在线评论研究体系,为网络中冲突行为的研究提供新视角。[方法/过程]文章通过回顾在线评论和冲突相关文献,结合在线评论传播动机和冲突的特点对辩护性评论的传播动机、驱动路径和行为模式进行分析。[结果/结论]结果表明,根据辩护性评论传播者关注自我和关注他人的强度,可将辩护性评论分为4种类型,其传播动机分为品牌认同、品牌依恋,利他主义、追求公正,自我提升,自我表达和环境提升;在辩护性评论生成过程中,用户在认知和情绪两条驱动路径下对信息加工,形成评论的主题、具体内容和情绪基础;最后将辩护性评论的传播过程分解为4个阶段及6个环节并进行详细阐述。
[Purpose/significance] Defensive review is second-stage online review that aims at refuting and correcting the negative review in the first stage. Exploring the generating and dissemination of defensive review from the perspective of conflict can complete the online review research system and provide a new perspective for the study of conflict behaviors online. [Method/process] In this paper,the dissemination motivation,driving path and behavior pattern of defensive review are analyzed by reviewing the literature related to online review and conflicts and combining the characteristics of defensive review. [Result/conclusion] The results show that based on the intensity of concerning for the self and others,the defensive review can be spitted into four types and the driving motivation are respectively brand identity and brand attachment,altruism,fairness,self-improvement,selfexpression and environment improvement. In the process of generating defensive review,users process the information under two driving paths,which are cognition and emotion,forming the theme,specific content and emotion of the information. At last,this paper divides the process of defensive review dissemination into four stages and six parts and elaborates them in detail.
