摘要
目的针对患有糖尿病的患者进行个性化康复护理以后,对其临床护理效果和影响进行分析。方法在本院2018年2月至2019年2月,随机将86例糖尿病患者平均分为两组,其中43例患者采用我院常规的护理方法,记为对比组,剩下43例患者在对比组护理的基础上对其进行个性化康复护理,记为观察组,对比两组患者的护理效率以及护理前后血糖指标的改善情况。结果观察组患者的护理效率以及护理前后血糖指标的改善情况均要高于对比组(P<0.05)。结论针对患有糖尿病的患者进行个性化康复护理以后,能够有效控制患者的血糖指标,使患者的各项指标保持稳定或者趋于正常状态,提高患者的后续康复程度,改善患者的生活质量,提高患者对护理的配合度。
Objective to analyze clinical nursing effect and influence of individualized rehabilitation nursing on diabetes mellitus patients.Methods divide 86 cases diabetes patients from February 2018 to February 2019 into two groups randomly.43 cases in control group were treated with routine nursing method In our hospital,and remaining 43 cases in observation group with individualized rehabilitation nursing based on nursing of control group.Compare nursing efficiency of two groups and improvement of blood glucose index before and after nursing.Results nursing efficiency and improvement of blood glucose index in observation group before and after nursing were higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion individualized rehabilitation nursing can control blood glucose index of diabetes patients effectively,keep indexes stable or tending to normal,improve follow-up rehabilitation degree,improve their life quality and nursing compliance of patients.
