摘要
目的研究对上消化道出血患者实施循证护理的临床效果。方法选取我院上消化道出血患者110例进行研究,时间跨度为2017年6月至2018年4月。按护理措施差异分为2组,对照组常规护理,观察组循证护理,对比分析止血效果、并发症发生率和护理满意度。结果观察组出血次数(1.23±0.55)次,出血量(422.33±20.22)mL,止血时间(2.00±0.77)d,住院时间(9.55±2.11)d,止血效果较对照组好;观察组并发症发生率3.6%,对照组14.5%,观察组护理满意度94.5%,对照组81.8%,上述指标对比存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对上消化道出血患者实施循证护理优势较广,值得推广。
Objective to study clinical effect of evidence-based nursing on patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage.Methods choose 110 cases upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage patients in our hospital from June 2017 to April 2018 for study.According to different nursing measures,divide them into two groups:control group and observation group.Control group was treated with routine nursing,and observation group with evidence-based nursing.Compare and analyze hemostasis effect,complication rate and nursing satisfaction.Results bleeding times(1.23±0.55),bleeding volume(422.33±20.22)ml,hemostasis time(2.00±0.77)D and length of stay(9.55±2.11)d in observation group were better than control group.Complications incidence in observation group was 3.6%,14.5%in control group,nursing satisfaction degree was 94.5%in observation group and 81.8%in control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion evidence-based nursing has significant advantages for upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage patients,which is worthy of promotion.
