摘要
目的:通过社康-医院-志愿者联动培训社区居民急救能力的模式,普及公众急救知识及技能操作,提高社区居民的急救意识及能力,以观察此模式的应用效果。方法:选取2018年7月至2018年12月深圳某社区119名居民为研究对象,对其资料进行分析,应用社康-医院-志愿者联动培训居民急救知识及技能操作,观察培训前后心肺复苏急救知识知晓率;培训前后急救小常识知晓率;培训前后心肺复苏操作正确率。结果:培训后,居民的心肺复苏急救知识知晓率、急救小常识知晓率、心肺复苏操作正确率均明显高于培训前;培训前后的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:社康-医院-志愿者联动培训社区居民急救能力的模式,可提高社区居民急救能力,能充分发挥基层医务工作者、志愿者及公众组织的效能,促进社区卫生服务的发展,延伸及优化社康医疗服务内容。
Objective Through the model of community health-hospital-volunteer training of community residents’first aid ability,popularize the public’s first aid knowledge and skills operation,and improve the first aid awareness and ability of community residents to observe the effect of this model.Methods 119 residents of a community in Shenzhen from July 2018 to December 2018 were selected as the research object,and their data were analyzed.The community health-hospital-volunteer linkage training was used to train residents in first-aid knowledge and skills.First aid knowledge of Awareness rate;Awareness rate of first aid tips before and after training;correct rate of CPR operation before and after training.Results After training,residents’awareness rate of CPR first aid knowledge,first aid common sense and CPR operation correct rate were significantly higher than before training;the differences before and after training were statistically significant.Conclusions The model of community health-hospitalvolunteer training for community residents’first-aid capabilities can improve the first-aid capabilities of community residents,give full play to the effectiveness of grass-roots medical workers,volunteers and public organizations,promote the development of community health services,extend and optimize the community Health care services.
