摘要
目的了解无痛分娩护理中责任助产与整体护理模式的应用效果。方法选择2017年1月至2019年2月于我院行无痛分娩治疗的82例产妇作为本次研究对象,随机把产妇分为两组,基础护理组与责任助产与整体护理组各有产妇41例,基础护理组产妇接受产科基础护理,责任助产与整体护理组给予责任助产与整体护理模式,对比两组产妇的产后出血发生率与剖宫产比例,对比不同产程时间和产痛评分、抑郁程度。结果基础护理组产妇的产后出血发生率与剖宫产比例高于责任助产与整体护理组,对比具有显著差异(P<0.05)。基础护理组产妇的产程时间长于责任助产与整体护理组,产痛评分高于责任助产与整体护理组,抑郁程度高于责任助产与整体护理组,对比具有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论无痛分娩护理中责任助产与整体护理模式的应用效果确切,可明显减少产妇产后出血发生率与剖宫产比例,减轻抑郁和产痛,缩短产程时间,值得大力推广。
Objective to understand application effect of responsibility midwifery and holistic nursing mode in painless delivery nursing.Methods choose 82 cases parturients with painless delivery treatment in our hospital from January 2017 to February 2019 as study objects.Divide them into two groups rando mLy:basic nursing group and responsibility midwifery holistic nursing group,41 cases in each group.Basic nursing group received basic obstetric nursing,and responsibility midwifery holistic nursing group with responsibility midwifery and holistic nursing mode.Compare incidence of postpartum hemorrhage and proportion of cesarean section,labor pain scores and depression in different labor stages of two groups.Results incidence of postpartum hemorrhage and proportion of cesarean section in basic nursing group was significantly higher than holistic nursing group(P<0.05).Labor duration in basic nursing group was longer than responsibility midwifery holistic nursing group,labor pain scores were higher than responsibility midwifery holistic nursing group,depression degree was higher than responsibility midwifery holistic nursing group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion responsibility midwifery holistic nursing mode can achieve accurate application effect during painless delivery nursing,reduce incidence of postpartum hemorrhage and proportion of cesarean section,depression and labor pain significantly,and shorten labor time,which is worthy of great promotion.
