摘要
本文建立LC-ICP-MS法测定婴幼儿及儿童纺织产品中可迁移Cr(Ⅲ)、Cr(Ⅵ)含量的不确定度评定方法。建立有效的数学模型,对影响测量过程的不确定度来源进行分析和评定。结果表明:当取置信概率为95%,包含因子K=2,该方法测定可迁移Cr(Ⅲ)、Cr(Ⅵ)含量的扩展不确定度分别为U=0.112 mg/kg和U=0.012 mg/kg,测量结果分别表示为(2.726±0.112) mg/kg和(0.301±0.012) mg/kg。校准曲线拟合和测量重复性是影响该方法不确定度的主要因素。
This paper establishes the method of evaluation the uncertainty in measurement of the migration of Chromium(Ⅲ) and Chromium(Ⅵ) from infants and children textile products by LC-ICP-MS technique.It analyzes and evaluates the sources of uncertainty affecting the measurement process based on an effective mathematical models.Results show that the uncertainty of expanded uncertainty of Chromium(Ⅲ) or Chromium(Ⅵ) is U=0.112 mg/kg or U=0.012 mg/kg,and the result is(2.726±0.112) mg/kg or(0.301±0.012) mg/kg,when the confidence probability is 95%,comprising a factor K=2.The main factors of the uncertainty are calibration curve fitting and the measurement repe atability.
