酶与皮胶原相互作用与制革工业的生态化

Interaction between enzyme and collagen and ecologicalization of tanning industry

摘要 基于国内外的研究现状,主要介绍了酶在皮革工序中的应用,包括酶浸水、酶脱脂、酶浸灰、酶脱毛、酶软化和固体废物处理6个方面。展望了酶制剂在清洁制革中的应用前景。当前有关酶对于皮胶原纤维层的作用机理研究尚不完善,对在皮胶原纤维层中的传质作用、渗透过程、作用位点、结合方式等尚需进一步明确。最后指出阐明酶对胶原纤维层的作用机制,对酶在制革生产中的广泛应用及有效调控具有重要意义。 Based on the current status of research at home and abroad, the application of enzymes in leather processes wasmainly introduced, including six aspects of enzyme soaking, enzyme degreasing, enzyme liming, enzyme unhairing,enzymesoftening and solid waste treatment. The application prospect of enzyme preparations in clean tanning was prospected. Thecurrent research on the action mechanism of enzymes on the skin collagen fiber layer is not complete, and the mass transfer,penetration process, action site, and binding mode in the skin collagen fiber layer need to be further clarified. Finally, it ispointed out that clarifying the action mechanism of enzymes on the collagen fiber layer is of great significance for the wideapplication and effective regulation of enzymes in leather production.
