摘要
环氧大豆油(ESO)与磷酸进行开环反应,生成磷酸化环氧大豆油多元醇。将此多元醇(三元醇)与聚己二酸-1,4-丁二醇酯二醇(PBA 2000)以不同质量比混合合成水性聚氨酯。运用红外光谱、粒径测试仪、电子拉力机、邵氏硬度计、热重分析仪、接触角测试仪、T-型剥离强度试验机等,对合成的水性聚氨酯进行结构与性能的表征。结果表明:随着环氧大豆油多元醇的用量增多,水性聚氨酯乳液的平均粒径逐渐增大,胶膜的邵氏硬度D也逐渐增大,静态接触角增加到91.132°,T-剥离强度增加到4.6 kN/m,软段的耐热性也得到了提高。
Epoxidized soybean oil(ESO)was subjected to a ring opening reaction with phosphoric acid to form aphosphorylated epoxidized soybean oil polyol. This polyol(Triol) was mixed with polyadipate-1,4-butylene glycoldiol(PBA 2000)in different mass ratios to synthesize waterborne polyurethane. The structure and properties of thesynthesized waterborne polyurethane were characterized by infrared spectroscopy, particle size tester, electronictensile machine, Shore hardness tester, thermogravimetric analyzer, contact angle tester and T peel strength tester. The results show that with the increase of epoxy soybean oil polyol dosage, the average particle size of the waterbornepolyurethane emulsion gradually increases, as well as the Shore D hardness of the film. The static contact angle increa-ses to 91. 132 °, and the T-peel strength increases to 4. 6 kN/m. The heat resistance of the soft segment is also im-proved.
