摘要
目的检测癫痫患者血清中B细胞活化因子(BAFF)、干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)及白介素-10(IL-10)的表达情况,探讨BAFF与IFN-γ、IL-10的表达关系。方法选取2017年7月至2018年10月就诊的74例癫痫患者为观察组,选取同期体检中心体检的健康者45例为对照组。采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测患者血清中BAFF、IFN-γ及IL-10的表达,分析BAFF与IFN-γ、IL-10在癫痫患者血清中表达的相关性。结果观察组血清中BAFF、IFN-γ及IL-10水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。癫痫频发、处于持续状态患者血清BAFF、IFN-γ、IL-10表达水平均显著高于非癫痫频发或持续状态患者(P<0.05),癫痫频发、处于持续状态患者间血清BAFF、IFN-γ、IL-10表达水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。不同类型癫痫患者血清BAFF及IFN-γ、IL-10表达水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。癫痫患者血清IFN-γ与IL-10表达水平呈正相关(P<0.05)。癫痫患者血清BAFF表达水平与IFN-γ、IL-10水平呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论BAFF、IFN-γ及IL-10在癫痫患者血清中明显高表达,可能与癫痫疾病的发生、发展有关。
Objective To investigate the expressions of BAFF,IFN-γand IL-10 in serum of patients with epilepsy,and to explore the correlation between BAFF and IFN-γas well as IL-10.Methods A total of 74 patients with epilepsy whowere treated in our hospital from July 2017 to October 2018 were enrolled as observation group,at the same time,45 healthy subjects who underwent physical examination were enrolled as control group.The expression levels of BAFF,IFN-γand IL-10 were detected by ELISA,and the correlation between BAFF and IFN-γas well as IL-10 was analyzed.Results The expression levels of BAFF,IFN-γand IL-10 in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The serum levels of BAFF,IFN-γand IL-10 in patients with frequent epilepsy and at persistent state were significantly higher than those in patients without frequent epilepsy or not at persistent state(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the serum levels of BAFF,IFN-γand IL-10 between the patients with frequent epilepsy and the patients at persistent state(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in the serum levels of BAFF,IFN-γand IL-10 between the patients with different types of epilepsy(P>0.05).There was a positive correlation between the serum levels of IFN-γand IL-10 in patients with epilepsy(P<0.05).Moreover the serum levels of BAFF were positively correlated with those of IFN-γand IL-10 in patients with epilepsy(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression levels of BAFF,IFN-γand IL-10 in serum of patients with epilepsy are obviously increased,which may be related to the occurrence and development of epilepsy.
