摘要
目的研究不同部位异位妊娠的经阴道超声图像特征及鉴别诊断。方法回顾性分析经临床手术治疗、病理证实的940例异位妊娠患者的超声图像,总结归纳不同部位异位妊娠的超声图像诊断特征。结果940例异位妊娠患者中输卵管间质部妊娠32例(3.4%),输卵管妊娠835例(88.8%),宫角部妊娠15例(1.6%),卵巢妊娠10例(1.1%),输卵管残端妊娠3例(0.3%),宫内宫外复合妊娠3例(0.3%),剖宫产切口瘢痕妊娠42例(4.5%)。异位妊娠的超声图像多表现为附件区的不均质包块,不同部位的异位妊娠超声图像亦有各自的特点。结论熟练掌握不同部位异位妊娠的超声图像特征至关重要,有利于提高异位妊娠的诊断准确率。
Objective To investigate the sonographic features and application value of transvaginal ultrasound in differential diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy in different positions.Methods The clinical data about 940 patients with ectopic pregnancy who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed,and the sonographic features of patients ectopic pregnancy in different positions were analyzed.Results Among the 940 patients with ectopic pregnancy,there were 32 cases of(3.40%)interstitial ectopic pregnancy,835 cases(88.83%)of tubal ectopic pregnancy,15 cases(1.60%)of cornual ectopic pregnancy,10 cases(1.06%)of ovarian pregnancy,and 3 cases(0.32%)of fallopian tubal stump pregnancy,3 cases(0.32%)of heterotopic pregnancy,42 cases(4.47%)of cesarean scar pregnancy.The sonogram features were unevenness masses in adnexal position,however,the ectopic pregnancy in different positions had their individual characteristics.Conclusion It is important to understand the sonographic features of ectopic pregnancy,which is helpful to improve the diagnosis accurate rate of ectopic pregnancy.
