HPLC-MS/MS法分析30%虫螨腈·茚虫威悬浮剂含量

摘要 [目的]采用HPLC-MS/MS建立检测30%虫螨腈·茚虫威悬浮剂含量的方法。[方法]采用高效液相色谱-串联质谱法,以5 mmol/L乙酸铵水溶液-乙腈为流动相梯度洗脱,使用以Poroshell 120 EC-C18柱和MSD检测器,对试样中的虫螨腈、茚虫威进行测定,外标法定量。[结果]该分析方法虫螨腈、茚虫威线性相关系数分别为0.9993、0.998,变异系数分别为1.42%、1.27%,平均回收率分别为100.02%、103.96%。[结论]该方法操作简单,精密度、准确度和灵敏度均满足要求,可用于30%虫螨腈·茚虫威悬浮剂含量检测。 [Aims]The aims were to establish a HPLC-MS/MS method to detect the chlorfenapyr·indoxacarb 30% SC.[Methods]The separation and quantitative analysis of chlorfenapyr and indoxacarb in the samples were conducted by HPLC-MS/MS and MSD detector with the mixture of 5 mmol/L ammonium acetate aqueous solution and acetonitrile which is gradient elution,and with Poroshell 120 EC-C18 column as fix phase.[Results]The results showed that the linear correlation coefficients for chlorfenapyr and indoxacarb were 0.9993 and 0.998,the variation coefficients were 1.42 and 1.27%,the average recovery rates were 100.02 and 103.96%,respectively.[Conclusions]The method is simple,the precision,accuracy and sensitivity were all satisfy the standard,which is suitable for analysis of chlorfenapyr·indoxacarb 30% SC.
