摘要
中国特色社会主义进入新时代,标志着我国体育发展也进入新时代。主要采用文献资料法、历史研究法,从新时代的视角对建设体育强国的思想基础和战略选择进行了论述。在系统梳理党的体育思想发展的基础上,提出新时代体育强国之路要以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为引领,不忘体育发展初心,牢记体育发展使命,坚持和加强党的领导,加快新时代体育强国之路建设。研究认为:加快新时代体育强国建设要坚持正确的价值选择:坚持一切为了人民,以人民为中心的发展方向;服务和服从于国家战略;重在发挥体育的综合功能。认为新时代体育强国之路的战略目标与战略重点在于:体育强国梦是中国梦的重要组成部分,体育强国之路为实现"健康中国"提供支撑,战略的着力点在于形成新型体育发展方式。新时代体育强国之路的战略重点是:实现体育发展战略与国家发展战略协同发展,实现体育与经济社会协调发展,培育体育自信。
The entry of socialism with Chinese characteristics into a new era marks that China’s sports development has entered a new era. This paper mainly uses the literature review method and the historical research method to discuss the ideological basis and strategic choice of building a sports power from the perspective of the new era. On the basis of systematically sorting out the development of the Party’s sports thoughts,it is proposed that the sports power in the new era should be proceeded under Xi Jinping’s Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,not forget the initial aspiration of development of sports,bear in mind the mission of sports development,and uphold and strengthen party leadership,to speed up the construction of a new era of sports power. The study believed that to accelerate the construction of a sport power in the new era,we must adhere to the correct value choices,adhere to all development directions for the people and serve and obey the national strategy and focus on the comprehensive functions of sports. The strategic goal and strategic focus of the road to sports power in a new era are that sports dream is an important part of the Chinese dream. The road to sports power provides support for the realization of"Healthy China". The focus of strategy is to form a new type of sports development. The strategic focus of sports power in the new era is to achieve the coordinated development of sports development strategy and national development strategy,to achieve coordinated development of sports and economic and social development,and to cultivate sports confidence in the realization of the road of sports power.
