摘要
针对薄壁圆形零件易变形、密封槽结构难加工等特点,通过合理分析零件的结构,融合先进的多轴加工技术,制定合理的零件加工工艺,选择合理的加工刀具及切削参数,有效地解决了密封槽的加工难题,保证了零件的形位公差,高效地完成了薄壁圆形零件的加工。
Aiming at the characteristics of thin-walled circular parts that are easy to deform and difficult to process the seal groove structure,through reasonable analysis of the part structure,integration of advanced multi-axis processing technology,formulation of reasonable parts processing technology,selection of reasonable processing tools and cutting parameters,effectively solved The machining difficulty of the seal groove ensures the shape and position tolerances of the part and efficiently completes the processing of thin-walled circular parts.
