摘要 随着分布式电源和微电网不断接入配电网,传统的就地式馈线自动化(FA)和集中式馈线自动化存在故障恢复时间长、灵活性差等问题,使得供电可靠性降低。为解决上述问题,研究了一种依托于GOOSE服务的智能分布式FA故障自愈实现方案。在分析了故障定位、故障隔离以及非故障区域的供电恢复的整个自愈过程后,根据智能分布式技术对通信的要求,给出基于GOOSE服务的信息交互过程。针对故障自愈过程,研究了系统的工程配置,并对智能终端的信息建模。最后,应用到具体配电网结构上,验证了该方案的有效性。 As the distributed generation and micro-grids continue to access the distribution network,the traditional feeder-type feeder automation(FA)and centralized FA have problems such as long failure recovery time and poor flexibility,which reduces power supply reliability.In order to solve the above problems,an intelligent distributed FA fault self-healing implementation scheme based on GOOSE service was studied.Based on the analysis of the whole self-healing process of fault location,fault isolation and power restoration in non-faulty areas,according to the requirements of intelligent distributed technology for communication,the information interaction process based on GOOSE service was given.According to the fault self-healing process,the engineering configuration of the system was studied.The information modeling of the intelligent terminal was applied to the specific distribution network structure,and the effectiveness of the scheme is verified.
